Slow journalism to transform society
We are
a collective of journalists founded in 2010, focusing on human rights violations, peacebuilding, and the actions of organized civil society around the world.
We believe
in independent journalism that reclaims its public service function. We understand our profession as a tool for social transformation, peacebuilding, and power control.
We propose
a journalism of solutions, that highlights alternatives and generates hope, not frustration.
We do
a slow-burn journalism, through documentary video, narrative podcast, and written word. We focus on people to explain structural issues.
We defend
a quality journalism made through collaboration and interaction between professionals, avoiding competition and the commercialization of information.
